How to view and manage orders

Orders are where you view orders you have placed, both past and current.

From here you can:

• View order summaries

• Filter by status (All, Pending, On Delivery, Delivered)

• Search orders (if available)

• Open order details or progress

Orders are shown in the Orders tab of the Cart screen (same screen as Cart; switch using the top segment “Cart” | “Orders”).


After completing Checkout, the new order appears here.

This document covers the Orders tab only.

When you see it

• Cart screen → Orders tab

Tap the Orders segment at the top of the Cart screen.

• After checkout

Once checkout is completed and the order is placed, it appears in the Orders list.

You may first see an order confirmation or progress screen.

How it works 

1. Open Orders

• Go to the Cart screen.

• Tap the Orders segment.

• The app loads your orders (or uses cached data).

You may see:

• A list of order cards

• A loading state

• An empty state

• An error state

2. Filter by status

• Tap the Filter control.

• The Filter Orders overlay opens.

• Select one of the available statuses:

• All

• Pending

• On Delivery

• Delivered

Selecting a filter:

• Closes the overlay

• Updates the list

3. Search (if available)

• Use the search bar to search by:

• Order ID

• Product name

• Results update as you type.

4. View an order

• Tap an order card.

• Opens Order Details or Order Progress screen.

From there you can view:

• Items included

• Status

• Progress steps (if available)

• Shipping address

• Payment summary

• Tracking (if available)

Tap Back to return to the Orders list.

5. Refresh

• Pull down on the list to refresh.

• Or tap the app bar refresh button.

What each button and control does

App bar (Orders tab active)

Title (“Orders”)

• Screen title.

Refresh

• Reloads the orders list.

Messages

• Opens Chat home.

Segmented control (Cart | Orders)

Orders

• Displays the orders list.

• Filters and search apply to orders when active.

Filter overlay

Filter Orders

• Title: “Filter Orders”

• Subtitle: “Select a status to filter”

Options

• All: Shows all orders

• Pending: Not yet shipped or in progress

• On Delivery: Currently being delivered

• Delivered: Completed orders

Selecting an option:

• Applies filter

• Closes overlay

Close (X)

• Closes overlay without changing selection.

Orders list

Order card

• Displays summary:

• Order ID or date

• Status

• Possibly total or preview image

Tap to open order details.

Pull to refresh

• Syncs order list with server.

Order Details / Progress screen

May include:

• Items (image, name, quantity, price)

• Status label

• Progress steps (Ordered → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered)

• Shipping address

• Payment summary

• Tracking link or number (if available)

Back

• Returns to Orders list.

Creating an order

Orders are created through Checkout, not from the Orders tab.

Flow:

• Add items to Cart

• Tap Checkout

• Enter shipping and payment

• Place order

The order then appears in the Orders list.

Deleting / cancelling

Cancel order (if supported)

• Available on eligible orders (e.g. Pending).

• May require confirmation.

• Status updates after cancellation.

Delete order

• Orders are typically not deleted.

• They remain in history with a status (Delivered, Cancelled).

• If deletion is supported, it would be available inside order details.

Tips and limits

• Use filters to narrow long order lists.

• Refresh to check updated delivery status.

• Tracking appears only when available from the carrier.

• Orders cannot usually be edited once placed
